Wedding Party


  • 100 comfortable stackable chairs

  • Three 12’ pews from the historic church previously located on the premises can be utilized for seating as well.

  • Guests are responsible for arranging chairs in their preferred location for weddings or other ceremony type events. For dinners, Sage will arrange tables and chairs as desired.

  • Price of tables and chairs included in venue rental.


  • Four---5' diameter round tables (Seat 6-8)

  • Nine---6’ x 30” rectangular tables (Seat 6-8)

  • Six---8” x 2’ foot rectangular tables (Seat 8-10)

  • Included in venue rental


  • Black or White linens are available.

    • $100 Cleaning and processing fee applies.

Wedding Decor


  • $200 non-refundable reservation fee required to hold the date. 

    • Non-refundable in all circumstances

  • Weddings/Receptions $1200-$1500, venue access for up to 8 hours.

  • Parties: $500 minimum for up to three hours

    • $100/hour thereafter

  • Business Meetings $50+/hour, minimum $200.

  • Retreats: please message us for details.

  • Combination venue/catering discounts may be available.
