Seating 

  • 100 comfortable stackable chairs

  • Three 12’ pews from the historic church previously located on the premises can be utilized for seating as well.

  • Guests are responsible for arranging chairs in their preferred location for gatherings.

  • Price of tables and chairs included in venue rental.

Tables

  • Four---5' diameter round tables (Seat 6-8)

  • Nine---6’ x 30” rectangular tables (Seat 6-8)

  • Six---8” x 2’ foot rectangular tables (Seat 8-10)

  • Included in venue rental

Linens

  • Black linens are available, or guests can provide their own table coverings.

Pricing

  • $200 non-refundable reservation fee required to hold the date. 

    • Non-refundable in all circumstances ​

  • Weddings/Receptions

    • Saturday: Venue access for up to 8 hours.  $1250

    • Friday/Saturday: Venue access Friday evening for set up and all day Saturday.  $1600

  • Parties/Other Gatherings: $500 minimum for up to three hours.

    • $100/hour thereafter​.​

  • Retreats: please message us for details.

  • Non-profit events:  Discounts may be available.  Contact us!

Music/ Sound

  • Grand piano available 

  • Bluetooth sound system

  • Apple (IOS)/Android/USB connectors to sound system available

  • Portable Microphone

Policies

  • Kitchen may be used to stage food but may NOT be used to prepare or cook food.  Additional charge may apply.

  • Usage of dinnerware, cutlery, glassware available at additional charge.

  • ALCOHOL:  If alcohol will be served, guest(s) must contract a state-licensed bartender to provide bar service.  No private party outside alcohol is allowed.

  • No glitter or confetti.

  • No open flames​.

  • All decor must be removed at the conclusion of the event.

  • All trash must be removed from venue at conclusion of event.

  • ​Sage Center must be closed, cleaned, and locked by 10 p.m.
