About the event
Karen will lead you through a Sound Bath of healing, calming sounds made with instruments to create high vibrational frequencies, taking you into deep relaxation. Expect metal and crystal singing bowls, monochord, hand pan, drums, shakers and chimes to invite you to enter a meditative state.
Bring your own mat, pad, cushions and blankets to lay comfortably on the wood floor during the experience.
