About the event
Karen will lead you through a Sound Bath of healing, calming sounds made with instruments to create high vibrational frequencies, taking you into deep relaxation. Â Expect metal and crystal singing bowls, monochord, hand pan, drums, shakers and chimes to invite you to enter a meditative state.
Bring your own mat, pad, cushions and blankets to lay comfortably on the wood floor during the experience.
