Chef Cory has enjoyed creating and tasting food since he was a child.  He received his certificate in Culinary Arts from Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and has had also had the opportunity to attend culinary workshops at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in NYC, in Thailand, and in Peru.  He loves to create delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients and never passes up the opportunity to share good food with family and friends.
